    Jimmy was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, honest. He initially came out to give an estimate for installing a Genrac generator. Although the installation of a whole house back up generator was not feasible for my home. I will have my breaker boxes. Robert is very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and forthright. He went well beyond to inspect everything to ensure the estimate was true and accurate. Baker Brothers is my go to place in the future. Although the city inspector canceled Brandon was very friendly and polite.

    Since my first review of Baker Brothers years ago, I had several other experiences that were far from good. Three years ago we had an A/C tech that never showed up all day even though he said he was on his way, their live map of him supposedly driving to my house his car was not moving. It never moved all day despite several conversations with him and the company but it didn't seem to make a difference. No A/C in July and I'm getting the runaround. That's NOT ok. The next day similar situation, then he lied to me and to the company about what was going on with him.

    Absolutely the best experience! Technician was courteous and professional. Resolving our issue and gave us tips on how to prevent the issue from returning in a few years. Never tried to up-sale us on unnecessary items. I would definitely recommend this company services!

    I have two Trane HVAC systems in my 10-year-old home in Irving and was on their family maintenance plan. After a routine service visit, the upstairs unit stopped cooling about two weeks later. Their technician came out, diagnosed an indoor coil leak, and still added a full charge of R-410A refrigerant even after I clearly told him not to because of the leak. A couple of days later the unit stopped cooling again. They then billed me $1,370.71 (invoice dated June 18, 2026) for work that was never going to last.
