Google Reviews

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Same-day arrivals run through these accounts, usually after the customer has tried elsewhere first. Shayne describes calling four other places before finding this one, and Simone describes a backed-up tank attended within two hours of the call. Grease traps come up as often as septic tanks, which fits a company that names both. Several customers mention a veterans discount and the crew explaining what they had done before leaving.

Licence Registers Searched

• TCEQ Registered Sludge Transporters13 Sept 2026

Texas registers companies that transport sludge and grease, and searching it returned no match for this business. Transport is the activity that register covers, not pumping and not installation. A company that pumps a tank and hands the waste to a licensed hauler has no reason to be listed. So this is a fact about what we could check rather than a finding, and where the waste goes is a fair question to put directly.

Local Ground

Around Richardson, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Richardson city page for the full soil profile.
