Wayne knew exactly how many tanks there were just by looking at our yard (3). Wayne was extremely kind, personable and knowledgeable. We received exceptional service! Wayne educated us on the Septic Tank pumping process during the process. Because of the level of service, the fair pricing and education received, we highly recommend Wayne and his company to homeowners in need of septic services! Thank you for the 5⭐️ service! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you this morning. Family owned businesses provide such great service.

Eric performed excavation work at our residence. We had a 'sink hole' that he opened up and filled with dirt that we had onsite. He was able to get to us quickly and explained exactly what was needed and completed the work quickly and professionally at a fair price. He even spread some of the extra dirt in some low spots on our property at no extra charge. They are a family owned and operated business. We would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Tony and Kay for the review.

After weeks of being turned down and given outrageous prices because my tanks were to hard to "get too", All Around Septic turned everything around. They responded in a timely manner, they were honest about what they could do, they kept me posted along the way, and they got the job done. ALL AROUND GREAT MEN! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The same names keep turning up in customer reviews. Cassandra describes Wayne taking one look at the yard and knowing there were three tanks to pump, while Miriam writes about Wayne and his son working her system and leaving maintenance tips behind. Gary reports that Wayne and Eric have serviced his property for years. Pumping is only part of what these reviews cover. Thumperkeg describes Eric opening up a sink hole and filling it with dirt already onsite, and Sherrie writes that the company has handled maintenance and upgrades on her septic system. Leanna writes that her hard-to-reach tanks were turned down elsewhere before this crew responded, kept her posted, and finished the work. Several reviewers mention how fast the crew arrived or answered. Carole called the work "fast, courteous, and great service."

Around Garland, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Garland city page for the full soil profile.
