Jonathan and Stephanie Took $2,500 from me and never started/ or completed the job. They also have an expired license since 2021. They took my deposit in 2023, knowing that they are not even legally allowed to do any septic work in Texas. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

I wish that I could give this company zero stars. The whole process has been awful. Starting with filing our paperwork, we had to constantly hound Stephanie to get the permits filed. We still went ahead and worked with her even after taking over 3 months to file the paperwork because we had already gave a $2,000 down payment. In February we paid the remaining $5800 to Stephanie and Jonathan ,they came to install the septic, they dug holes in our property, and stated they could not continue because the ground was too wet.

Never hire this company, it's garbage. They stole over $20,000 from my family and me and never answered our calls again.

Johnathan and Stephanie Salazar will take your deposit and not do any work. Be careful. We gave them a deposit of 2k on 03/20/25 and till this day we have yet to get an update or even copy of paperwork done. We’ve checked with the county themselves and they never filed paperwork. Turns out we’re not the only ones. They use to go by Texas Septic Systems and have even been sued in the past.

I contracted Tx Septic and worked with Jonathan to replace my septic pump, and the aerator, and pump my tank. I'm selling my house and the buyers got 2 inspections after the first wasn't good. The aerator is old, damaged, and not new. It had tampons wrapped around it. Uhm, no one using tampons has lived in the house for over 1 year. Plus, I traced the aerator back to a replacement with old maintenance vendor. Based on sludge levels etc. The tank was not pumped. I've sent pictures and messages for a reconciliation. Jonathan is ghosting me and not responding.

Homeowners describe hiring Jonathan and his crew for septic tank installations or equipment replacements where work stalled after initial site visits. Work on pipe repairs moved faster for earlier customers, with Eric calling the crew "incredibly helpful" while planning his project. Nyasia describes one customer experience where a crew dug holes for a septic installation before stopping work because the ground was wet.
