Enrique came to fix my bathroom sinks because both of them were leaking. In less than 2 hours he fixed both sinks. He was fast and friendly.

I spoke with Akash on the phone, and he was extremely helpful and professional from the start. Jimmy came all the way out to DeKalb to take care of a mainline backup, and he did an awesome job. He was super professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the entire process in a way that was easy for me to understand. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I really appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Akash and Jimmy to anyone who needs plumbing or drain work done!

I just had my new hot water heater installed. Last Tuesday, superior was highly recommended through a Facebook referral. I checked out their Google and Yelp reviews and all reviews were 5 stars. I called superior on the phone and was given a very reasonable price. Compared to other plumbers, Jimmy, who installed my water heater, was thorough and professional diagnosing my plumbing issues also had a great attitude. I would highly recommend superior to anyone Thanks jimmy

Francisco is awesome! I am a home inspector and I use Superior Rooter to perform camera video scopes for my clients. Francisco always does a very thorough scope to find any problems with the buried waste pipes. My clients are always very happy with the detail he provides! I would highly recommend Francisco or any of the highly qualified plumbers from Superior Rooter for any plumbing needs! Mike

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several customers describe drain and sewer work. One had a mainline backup cleared, another had a mainline clog cleared in a building, and a third had a catch basin suctioned out to remove a backup and heavy grease. A home inspector says the crew runs camera scopes of buried waste pipes for their clients. Reviewers often mention fast arrival and clear explanations. James said the technician "took the time to explain the entire process" on a mainline backup call. Jimmy is the technician named in several of these reviews.
