We had a blockage in our sewer drain causing a backup out of our basement floor drain - called several local businesses all of whom were unavailable then reached out to baethke who is a a bit further geographically. Felt very fortunate they were the ones available as our issues were addressed completely in under 24 hours, and the service and communication was excellent. Also received a great financial package since it was a more expensive, multi-factorial problem which allowed us to defer payment until end of the year bonuses come in with no added interest.

    Response from the owner

Jenna, thank you for choosing Baethke Plumbing even though we’re a bit farther out. We’re glad we could get the sewer blockage and basement drain backup fully resolved quickly, and that our communication stayed clear throughout. It also means a lot that the payment plan helped make a tough, multi-part repair more manageable, and we appreciate the recommendation.

I really appreciated how prompt, sincere, timely, reliable, and friendly Baethke Plumbing was. They made everything feel easy and reassuring, and I felt like I was in good hands from the first conversation. Donny came out on a Saturday morning and fixed all the valves and gave us information for future remodeling. We will definitely use them again!!!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Gwendolyn, for taking the time to share this. We’re glad our team was quick to respond and made the process feel straightforward and reassuring, and we’re happy Donny could come out on Saturday to get those valves taken care of and offer helpful guidance for your future remodel. We appreciate your trust and look forward to helping again whenever you need us.

Baethke Plumbing replaced two faucets and a sink for us. Donnie Gjoni was our technician, he was super helpful and even helped us move our mirror when the faucet was higher than expected.

    Response from the owner

Thanks, Alex, for taking the time to share this. We’re glad our team could get the two faucets and sink replaced smoothly, and that Donnie was able to help out with the mirror adjustment when the new faucet sat higher than expected.

I had a minor issue at home and wanted to see how quick they could react. They were incredibly prompt and showed up exactly when they said they would, which never fails to stand out when you call local trade folks. What the most impressed me wasn't just how far they progressed on the issue, it was the feel when you actually have to sit there during downtime. The technician was sweet from the doorstep on. There was talk after talk before making the turn, which let him go. With the problem all wrapped up in a day?

    Response from the owner

Nick, thank you for the 5-star review and for giving Baethke Plumbing the chance to respond quickly. We’re glad we arrived when we promised, got everything resolved in a day, and that our technician made the process feel comfortable and respectful from start to finish. We also appreciate you noting the fair pricing and clear communication along the way.
