  5. Sonali C.

Unfortunately no option for minus so giving them one star. One plumber came and after some time he said that he can't do anything because he didn't understand the problem. A plumber doesn't understand the plumbing situation. Do not recommend them at all.

    Response from the owner

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it would be to have a plumbing issue that wasn't resolved, and we apologize that we didn't meet your expectations. Sometimes, after evaluating a problem, a technician may determine that the issue requires a different type of specialist, additional diagnostic equipment, or another approach rather than attempting a repair they aren't confident they can complete correctly. Even so, we should have communicated that more clearly. We'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened and see if there's anything we can do to make this right. Please contact our office and ask for management so we can review your service visit and discuss your concerns.
