Spa Septic was great, they offered me an estimate before doing the work which fell in line with what the industry is offering after getting 3 quotes from other businesses and because of their integrity earned my business. Kyle was my technician and performed the work. Kyle was on time with Excellent presence. He was articulate on describing how he goes about his tasks. There was no mess anywhere. Lastly the job went well with no surprises and I look forward to offering Spa Septic my future business.

They were great! Straightforward scheduling, quick and easy appointments. Our address wasn't working online for some reason, so I just texted them and it was super easy. Kyle was fun to chat with while he emptied our 1,000 gal tank. He seems like a great guy. We dug up our own cover and that makes things really fast. They were running a bit late because the previous client didn't know where the cover was so he had to dig a bunch of holes for them. Save yourself some money and them a lot of hassle by doing some research as to where yours is.

Several reviewers describe the same technician, Kyle, arriving on time to pump or inspect a tank and leaving no mess behind. One customer said the wait from first call to arrival was under five hours, and another recalled a camera inspection years earlier that helped locate the tank before a pump-out. Rich summed up the visit as "Prompt professional service."
