    Max scheduled us in super quickly since we just purchased a house with an overflowing septic. He explained every step of what they were doing and answered all my questions. Even helped send a camera upstream to make sure there was no blockage and everything was working as expected before they left.

    I called around a few places to get prices on septic risers installed before we have dirt brought in to cover it. We didnt have enought dirt literally about 1 inch over the septic, which is not good. We had these guys come install our septic riser and in the process he saw there was never an outlet filter installed. He threw in the outlet filter, showed us how to clean it and put it back into place. He even offered to bring dirt in for us and grade it properly and seed the dirt to stabilize the dirt so it doesnt wash out, at not extra cost!

    Max is amazing! He pumped out our septic and explained things we never even thought about. Every household needs a good plumber/septic guy. Now we have one. We’ve already rebooked him for next month to take care of some other plumbing issues. He and Shawn are very professional and thorough. Highly recommend!! Definitely worth the FIVE STARS.
