Odorless Sanitary Cleaners Inc. in NY

Alarm for the septic pump went off yesterday evening. Called, got the answering service. A tech called back within a half hour and walked me through a couple of scenarios. Today two men arrived to dig out the access to that tank and found the pump wiring (9 years old) was degraded and shorting out. New pump installed within a couple of hours. Excellent response and great work ethic on behalf of the men. Can’t ask for better service. Highly recommend Odorless.

These guys are incompetent. Terrible human beings. These guys pulled out in front of me on purpose with my wife and 3 kids in the car almost causing an accident then had the audacity to flip me off as if they didn’t pull out in front of me. I have it all ON VIDEO. It’s called dash cam. They couldn’t wait 10 seconds for their turn to pull out and almost caused an accident with my little kids in the car. Authorities were contacted. Saved the video. Good luck doing business in my neighborhood again.

While doing work on one of my neighbors houses a dump truck driver with their company logo on big display with a trailer attached recklessly pulled out in front of us, we have it on dash cam. After making my husband come to a screeching halt he proceeded to flip us off and scream profanities out his window in front of our three small daughters. It was a very scary experience for them and for us.
