Our only complaint is that the appt/evaluation of our septic system cost us almost $500, only to tell us what another septic person told us, same information but that company didn't charge us for the evaluation. I can understand time and gas etc. but they are a local company who didn't have to travel far to look at the system. Other than that, the communication was good, the appt. to look at our system was made relatively quickly and the team was knowledgeable.

Start to finish a lovely and easy experience. We were nervous about owning a home with a septic tank, let alone taking on one that needed repairs. Matt and his team made the whole process very straightforward and low stress from assessment, to quote, to repair. The guys who came out to do the work were absolutely lovely and very professional.
