Pendleton Septic Pumping & Service in TX

This guy made me believe when I called him in the morning that he would come inside to check my toilet for it not flushing. He didn’t tell me he wasn’t a plumber when I called and didn’t tell me there would be a “show up” charge. He showed up at my house in the afternoon, before I got there and I when I arrived less than 10min after him he pulled behind my car and talked to me in his truck saying “it’s nothing wrong with septic area, we aren’t plumbers we don’t come in to check”. Everyone has to make money but this was horrible if you ask me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Pendleton Septic. I’ve only been in my house for a few weeks, and as someone who has never had a septic system before, I was pretty overwhelmed. Mark and Mark Jr. went above and beyond to get everything up to code and took the time to walk me through the entire process so I felt confident about how to take care of it. They treat you like family from the moment you call, and they even offer veteran discounts which means a lot to me.

I used this company for about three years for various septic issues and didn’t really have any problems. However, for the past couple of years, when trying to set up an appointment, they don’t call or text back and are very inconsistent. This last time I needed my septic pumped, I scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time. The day before, I sent a text asking for a time frame when they would be out here. I didn’t hear back. Then the next morning, I sent another text requesting a time and was told that they could not come out as promised. That was the last I heard of them.

Prompt service without the run-around given to me by other companies in the search to get my grease trap pumped at my bakery. I needed next day/same day service and Pendelton delivered so that I could get back to business. Thx so much!! Highly recommended.

They installed a $20,000 system 3 years ago and while doing a landscape project I found an old active existing tank. The engineering design required ALL existing systems drain into the new system. I have tried for 2 Months to get them to come back out to no avail. Best to stay away from this company!
