    I hate to leave a negative review like this, but at this point I am trying to do whatever I reasonably can to get HomeField's attention and get this project treated with the urgency it deserves. I hired HomeField back in April to replace a failed septic system at my Georgetown property. Nearly FIVE MONTHS later, construction has not even started. We still do not have an approved design or authorization to begin installation. I returned the requested paperwork on April 20 and paid the design invoice immediately when it was finally sent in early May.

    We dropped the ball on this one, and we take full responsibility for the timeline. We switched designers partway through the project, and that transition is on us, not on you and not on Williamson County. A septic replacement runs through several phases with several parties involved, from design to soil evaluation to county review to construction, and it is our job to keep all of it moving on your behalf. We are working on this daily to get the corrected design back to the county, secure the Authorization to Construct, and get the system installed and completed as soon as possible. You have my cell and are welcome to reach me directly. At the end of the day, speed and a properly working system are what matter, and that's what we're focused on until this system is completed.     Couldn't be happier with the service provided by HomeField. They came out when they said they would, charged what they quoted over the phone, and the technician (Wyatt) was knowledgeable and extremely polite . Will definitely be using these guys again.

    What a great service provided by HomeField! Wyatt arrived as scheduled and I got a notification just before you showed up. Wyatt made me feel like such a responsible homeowner when I pointed out exactly where the septic tanks were located and because I cleared away the access ports before he arrived! What a great price! I couldn’t be happier!
