All Cen Tex Septic & Vacuum Pumping in Cedar Park, TX

Absolutely horrible company. You would expect the owner or manager to have more experience and professionalism in handling different situations. All their staff, from call answering to manager, were rude, threatening, and dishonest. While most septic companies charge based on the number of gallons pumped, this company charges more while providing significantly poorer service. Be very careful before signing any paperwork they present before beginning the work. Take the time to read it thoroughly. I also recommend reading other customer reviews before hiring them.

All Cen Tex Septic and Vacuum Pumping does great work every time. They know their stuff and are very thorough. They take the time to do the job right, don’t cut corners, and communicate well throughout the process. It’s always a smooth experience working with them, and we’re confident recommending them to everyone.

These guys really are experts. We had a plumbing problem over the holidays and these guys were available to not only help but recommend a plumber who could solve our problem. Thanks Joesph I really appreciate you.

I moved from a subdivision in Cedar Park to acreage in Florence, TX in 2019, and my go-to for residential septic and vacuum pumping has always been All Cen Tex Pumping. When I bought the property, I didn’t realize it had two very full septic tanks, and my real estate agent never suggested negotiating a clean-out as part of the deal. Lesson learned: buyers beware! Another quick tip for homeowners: septic risers are amazing. After digging up the covers for the first service, I quickly learned that, and thankfully, All Cen Tex Pumping came to the rescue.

Horrible experience. They stood us up for 3 days. Promised scheduled appointments but kept pushing us off for 3 days. No communication. Service Provider, Joseph, showed up at house and texted home owner “trees need trimmed” and left property. If service provider would have taken a moment to talk to home owner (who was waiting in the house all day for him) - there were several different ways to enter property, trash dumpster trucks and fire trucks drive the road weekly, no tree branch issues. Joseph was over booked and took one glance and left to make other jobs.
