Terrible phone service. Rude and not professional. I hope there actual work doesn’t reflect how the office people handle phone calls. I did call the correct company and the woman hung up on me.

    Response from the owner

Hi Mario, I believe this review may have been left for the wrong company. At A+ Septic, we take great pride in providing excellent customer service and treating every caller with courtesy and respect. We would never intentionally speak rudely to a potential customer. Based on the other reviews on your profile, it appears you are located in Colorado, while we are a locally owned company serving Central Texas. Because of that, we believe this review may have been posted on the wrong business page. Unfortunately, reviews like this negatively impact our reputation and rating, even when they are left in error. We would greatly appreciate it if you would take a moment to remove this review and leave it for the correct company instead. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you’re able to connect with the business you intended to review.

Called A+ Septic, simply for a septic tank pump out. I was having other issues with the system but did not mention the other issues, thinking the pumpout would fix it. The leader of the crew, Darrell immediately inquired about problems, which no other service in the past had done. Other companies would simply pump and leave. I explained what was going on, he and his partner then went about extensively resolving all the issues and getting the system back to peak operation. Darrell was patient and explained to me how the system should work and how they resolved the problems.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for taking the time to tell about your experience with us! We look forward to working with you again in the future!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners frequently mention Darrell by name for tank pump outs and thorough troubleshooting on site. Carlos noted that the crew resolved unexpected system issues and explained "how the system should work" rather than simply emptying the tank. The company arrives promptly for service calls, answers questions about the equipment, and leaves the work area clean.
