Very helpful. I simply needed a new air compressor. After speaking with the gentleman who said I could do it myself, he was right and that saved me hundreds of dollars. That’s someone who truly cares about a customer and I would refer them to anyone. If I ever have a big enough job I can’t do myself, they are my first call.

We had a few septic companies come out the few years to try solving our system occasionally backing up and assumed at this point the field would just need replaced. Rick knew exactly what the real issue was just from us describing the symptoms (collapsed junction box) and got it fixed right away for 3/4 of the cost he estimated. They even leveled out the dirt work nicely when they were done instead of leaving a pile like another company had done here. Amazing company & honest amazing people! Came out to find, inspect, & pump our septic system and found some big problems in the house we just bought. Instead of still pumping it and charging us for that because it wouldn't have fixed the issue, they didn't charge us for coming out and gave us a very reasonable quote on replacing our lines. They got it done quickly, explained every step of the process, and did the job right! They helped us discover some pretty shotty work that had been done on our system previously and went above & beyond on fixing it.

I have robotic septic system for almost ten years and had these folks replace the piping to water the yard two years ago. I have not been able to mow my entire yard for two years because it is so wet. I have paid more money to fix leaks in the system since then than the actual replacement cost in the first place and I still do not have it fixed. Another 1200 today. The owner seems fine but he dropped two kids off to do the replacement and they didn't do anything he said they were doing to do. If the owner is not present during the work avoid this company at all costs.
