A&M Septic in Claremore, OK

Called and an appointment was set for the next day between 10-11 am. They said they would call when they are on their way. Next morning comes and there's no call no show. Called them in the afternoon to follow-up and see if anyone will still be coming or if it needs to be rescheduled. Nobody answered. Left voice message. No call back. Made a few calls again and left another voice message. Still no response, no call back. I don't understand how they get such good Google reviews when my experience with this company has been a very unprofessional experience.

This is the best and most honest bunch I’ve seen in a while. Courteous and knowledgeable about the aerobic system. I won’t use anyone else.

Only septic company I will use from now on. Did not try to up sell me anything. Explained things I need to look out for in the future, what would be beneficial to add later on, and why I did not need expensive upgrades or additional services at this time. When it comes time for my next routine service or when the expensive stuff does comes up they will be the only company I trust.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. They did the inspections on our septic tank before we bought our house. After closing, I texted Monte a few days later and within 2 days he had his guys come out, pump the tanks, replace the air compressor, fix my sprinklers and then showed me how to use it all since I am new to septic systems. They gave me more advice than I could have imagined and taught me a lot about the system. Will continue doing business with them as long as we live here.

A&M Septic was AMAZING!! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service! My family has never worked with aerobic systems and we had to buy a new pump. Monte and Brad were able to guide us/ help us buy what we needed. They took their time to explain stuff to our family while purchasing a new pump! During the installation phase- we called Monte and Brad several times for several questions. We ultimately ended up having them come out to our home due to some issues we were encountering. They were quick to respond on a Friday afternoon and were at our house in 30 minutes approximately.
