These people are lazy and scam old people!! A crew was sent out to my 80yr old mother's house and they told her ..oh we can't find your septic tank and charged her $100 and left!!

    Response from the owner

I apologize you were not satisfied with our service. We were told the tank was located under a pile of boards which we went out of the way and moved. The guys probed the yard and dug for over an hour and were not able to find the tank. That by far is not lazy. We brought your mother out to show her the tank was not where we were told it was. We do our best to go above and beyond to please every customer but unfortunately that didn't happen. I would like to know what else we could have done. If you have any questions you are more than welcome to call the office and speak to the owner.

After having a septic emergency on Sunday and having Zaps plumbing come out notice on Sunday and on Monday they discovered that the septic system was totally full and recommended that we call Blackwater septic and they were absolutely accommodating. They were here within about two hours of talking to them. The price was surprisingly low and I would highly highly recommend them to anyone needing to have the septic pumped

I’ve used a few company’s since I first bought my house in 2005. As a first time homeowner I had no clue about septic systems. This company is by far the best I’ve used. They are honest and prompt. I will definitely be using them for all future septic problems!! I appreciate your help

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most reviewers describe pumping and repair calls that started fast. Roseanne called after a weekend septic emergency and says the crew was at her house within about two hours. Bob's tank was at capacity and the crew arrived about an hour later, and Amanda says the problem was found and fixed within hours of her call. Tara, a homeowner since 2005, calls the company "honest and prompt". Jared credits the driver, Julie, for a job well done. One customer's experience went differently: the crew probed and dug but could not find the tank, and another said a scheduled visit never happened.
