I didn't think it was possible that I could use the online scheduling option last night at 9pm to schedule a plumber to come today, and when I got a response, I totally thought it was AI. But it actually Shella helping me out in live time! The communication was great and continued with the plumber that I got today whose name was Joe. He was super clear cut and efficient with installing our garbage disposal and explaining what was wrong. This evening I had a follow up question and texted him and he still replied, which I appreciated, instead of waiting for tomorrow.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Mia, for the great review and for highlighting our online scheduler and Shella's real time help. We were happy to provide plumbing service to your property. We appreciate your praise of Joe's clear, efficient garbage disposal installation and his prompt follow up by text. Your recommendation means a lot and we look forward to assisting you again.
