  5. Guido S.

    September 2026

Ken was soon great. Being in construction myself, I can really appreciate the combination of both speed and quality workmanship. And Ken does both equally well. When there's an emergency some workers will pad the bill when it's clear that u are desperate for help. Nothing like that from Ken at roto rooter. The price was fair, and reasonable. We didn't have to lift a finger throughout this ordeal. Ken took a terrible situation and turned it into a plus in my humble opinion. My mother is 91 and needs things to be a certain way.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the fantastic review, Guido! We're thrilled to hear that Ken provided such great service during your plumbing emergency. It's wonderful that he was able to complete the work quickly and with quality, especially considering your mother's needs. We truly appreciate your kind words about Roto-Rooter Plumbers and Septic Service Victorville & Apple Valley. We're always here for you when you need us!

Before You Call

A homeowner deciding between septic pumping and hydro-jetting can ask which service fits the source of the current backup. That distinction helps separate tank maintenance from debris blocking a pipe.
