Paid deposit said they would be late and would call me and never did. Company never came and now will not answer the phone. I want my money back. I had to hire another company at a higher price because I was forced at the last minute. Not good customer service.

They came out to pump my septic tank and noticed the lids needed to be replaced so they changed me 400.00 and was to be back in 2 days to install them. Never showed up so I call and they put me on hold for 1 hour so I called back to ask about the lids. They how say it will be next Friday to install them I check Amazon and could have bought them for 120.00. Now my grass is all dead and they said to send pic’s this is the worse service ever. They quoted me 485.00 for the pumping and charge me 1,048.00 this company is a rip off.

I used this company back in 2021 when I first bought my house. Since I'd already worked with them before and knew their service, I called to see if they'd match a quote I'd gotten elsewhere so I could go with them again. This isn't a review about the quality of their service. It's about their customer support and how they handled things. I told the rep the quote I was looking for and said if they could match it, I'd sign with them. He told me they could work with me and said they just needed to collect some information first.

We were SO impressed by this company. We had a major septic issue that occurred at around 6:30 at night. This was the only company that we could find that would come out the same evening. They arrived at around 9:30 and saved the night for us. We weren’t able to use any showers, toilets, etc. They came out and were able to fix the issue and helped us figure out what the issue was. Thank you for your great service. You saved the night!
