Google Reviews
From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
Reviewers tend to name the tech who showed up. Seth earned thanks for a thorough visit, Chad pumped one tank and replaced a cover a mower had cracked on another call, and Mica and Ted arrived on time and cleaned up before they left. Speed comes up in several reviews. BatMissy wrote that "Chad was here the next day," and a tank cover fix for Saphir took less than half an hour.

Pumping a tank is only half the job. Whatever leaves it is sludge that has to reach a legal disposal site, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality registers the companies that haul it. Underwood Plumbing and Septic holds an active TCEQ sludge transporter registration, and it is the only septic company in Bonham that holds one.

Before You Call
Any septic owner eventually picks between calling in a hurry after a backup and putting pumping on a schedule ahead of one. Underwood's maintenance plan covers the scheduled side, and the next pump-out can be the starting point. A fair question for the call is how often a tank your size should be pumped.
