Pat's Pump Service in Bonham, TX

We’ve been using these guys for a year or more. What’s important to you is that these guys are honest. They are honest! They just came out today and left a certificate after a routine check and everything was satisfactory. You don’t know how much my wife and I appreciate that being retired and on fixed income prior to pets, we had this dusty Underwood company at every single time they would come out and they would claim something was wrong and needed replaced sometimes substantial replacement needed one time it was the pump which we later found out wasn’t true none of the stuff they said we needed we never needed. They just wanted our money over and over and over we finally kicked them through the curb and Got this company pats pump service to take care of our septic and we are so grateful that they’re still good honest people like us around because truthful we haven’t been able to find honest people when it comes to air-conditioning car mechanic electrician any type service person it’s all been we’ll see what we can get out of them so thank you Pat’s pump service we’re old, but we will be with you for the rest of our years and I encourage others to read this in fall suit. You won’t regret it. It’s so refreshing to find good honest people thanks for not telling us we need a whole bunch of BS and taking our money like Underwood trying to do each time all the best.

They have been all around helpful and nice. I had been with another service for years but switched so glad I did, couldn't ask for better group of people always nice, polite and gets the job done

I cannot recommend Pat's pumping service enough. They took outstanding care of me after another local company dropped the ball multiple times. In addition to getting me taken care of and getting my services done as fast as they could they communicated very well with me. The time they did have to reschedule due to being extremely busy and slowed down by weather or other delays they communicated it clearly and quickly with me. I was not forced to burn an entire day to find out by calling myself to get an answer.

Septic tank repair and replacement went without a problem. they were able to tie into existing system with new tank in one day set and install backfill next day after inspection. thumbs up
