I have been using The Pumper every 3 years or so to pump our septic tank. Today’s experience is the latest positive experience I’ve had with this family-owned and operated business. Even though I have a long history with them, I decided to use “AI” to research them this morning. I read, in part, “… with overwhelmingly positive local reviews.” I wanted to take the time to give them their credit due and add my name and experience and join the others who overwhelmingly appreciate the service they provide.

    Response from the owner

Mr. Webster, Wow. We are humbled by your kind lengthy review. It is a blessing be able to provide honest quality work despite the unpleasent labor involved in our business as you so aptly mentioned. Taking the time to express your appreciation puts all of that asside and bring us joy in providing a necessary service. Many Thanks! kim

We needed our septic pumped prior to a pipe repair and were only given a day or two notice. After calling several companies that could not help us for at least 2-3 weeks, Kim returned my call and was very pleasant and easy to work with. She was able to book us for the following afternoon. They arrived on time and did a great job and kept our repair work on schedule. I will use them again and I highly recommend.

The friendliest, responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced service you can get! They go above and beyond to find out the problem. Do not hesitate to call.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Brian Wunder and his family crew handle septic tank pumping, often responding to short-notice calls ahead of pipe repairs. Kim schedules appointments over the phone while Brian and his son Zack perform the pumping work at the tank. Axel described the crew as "very efficient and thorough" when clearing out a tank. Multiple customers report same-day arrivals when urgent pumping is needed for health department approvals or system backups. One customer, Mare, reported that the crew complained about working on a steep hill during the job.
