    Edgar was great. It was the first time having our septic pumped since we moved in and he walked me through the system and was patient with my probably very dumb questions. He was very professional and helpful, will definitely use again when it’s time.

    Unfortunately they have earned this review. They were scheduled to come pump the shitter today. Confirmed yesterday again. Took the day off because they will only give a window of 8am to 5pm. Recieved a text message half way through the day telling us the service has been rescheduled from Monday to Friday. Cancelled their service and have another company coming out today for 100 less.

Reviewers describe pumping visits where the technician explained the system as the work went on. Brett, a homeowner having his tank pumped for the first time since moving in, said Edgar "walked me through the system" and patiently took his questions. Nicholas and Deborah each said their technician, Brian, talked through how the system was running. Timing comes up as well. Thomas and George both wrote that the crew arrived on time or promptly, and Nicholas described a clean, courteous visit. Deborah has had the company service her septic system for several years.
