    I could not be more impressed with this company! They are professional, great at communication and fair with pricing. Truly the best company that I have found in the area. At first, we used them for our second septic pump out after reading reviews. They didn’t price on tank capacity like the other company I had used previously - they priced on actual volume pumped out. And then, we had them work on a septic repair upon the sale of our home. This is where they really showed their skill!

    It is hard to imagine a better local business in New Jersey for septic pumping than Black Diamond. Ownership is intimately involved in every transaction. Alexis is fantastic for scheduling and updates - - always polite, calm and on top of all pertinent information. Chris, who pumped my septic, was as good as it gets. Articulate, knowledgeable and honest. Price is fair, mid-range. With our septic, as scheduled, Black Diamond pumped, but with less than 5% of the septic waste remaining, the truck ran out of capacity.
