Called on a Sunday, they came out and analyzed the situation on Monday. They finished everything by Thursday afternoon. Excellent job, good price. I even had a cable stuck and they got that out too. I would recommend this family team. Thank you.

We have been using the family owned Suburban Sewer and Septic since the late 1980s. They have always been the best in the area for all of our needs. From a rodding of sink or floor drain to a larger repair of the sewer line between the house and the street. Randy, Jeff, and Kyle have always been our go to when in need.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a loyal customer over the years. We truly appreciate your support and trust in us.

Julie says the crew "crawled under our pipes" before quoting the repair. Christina writes that the family has handled her drain rodding and sewer line repairs since the late 1980s, and Michael's Sunday call turned into a Monday visit with the job finished by Thursday.

Before You Call

A sewer line that backs up more than once raises the choice between another cable run and a full hydro-jetting of the pipe. Suburban Sewer & Septic offers both, so ask which they would start with on a line like yours.
