Family owned and operated, professional, transparent and efficient. I can't say enough good things about working with Aaron and his team. Communication was effortless, no question went unanswered and they delivered exactly what they quoted. We had quotes from other companies, numbers were similar from all 3 but Aaron provided a level of service and transparency the other companies lacked. Helmer Septic will be our go-to septic experts for any future concerns!

    Response from the owner

Hi Susan, Thank you for taking the time to leave such kind feedback and for choosing Helmer Septic! We look forward to servicing you again in the future.

First time utilizing Helmer and was very satisfied. Priced reasonable. Technician Drew and partner arrived when they indicated. They inspected my septic tank and cleaned it out, answering my questions as they went. Informed me on best practices in selecting detergents and what not was recommended. Informing him of my wife's current medical situation with specific medications, he recommended a specific additive. I look forward to continued use of Helmer Septic services to keeping my system optimal. Great job guys, thank you.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers describe septic tank pumping and cleaning, often with a technician who explains what he finds and how to keep the system healthy afterward. Several name the same crew members, including Dakota, Aaron and Drew. One family credits a next-morning inspection and a repair finished the following Monday with keeping a house sale on track after septic problems surfaced days before closing. Timing comes up often. Cesar says the crew "showed up within their appointment schedule", and other customers write that technicians let them know when to expect the truck and finished the work promptly.
