I was referred to Raber from another company. I will never use this company again. I hired them to do my septic inspection before closing on my property. They told me it would be done sometime before closing, I asked for a specific date, and they could not give me that. Once they did the report, I had to call the office 2 times to get the actual report emailed to me. Once I received the report, it was reported that I needed to check for blockages and have the system checked by another septic company which I paid for.

It turned out this company was recommended to me and I would never recommend them nor use them again. We've paid over $1000 to find out there is no problem with our water. They took the sample from the outdoor spigot at the inspection, and after the first chlorination, and it still came back with very high coliform counts. I became very suspicious as they were making a lot of money off of each of these samples. I called another company and was not at all surprised to find out that my water is absolutely fine.

John did a great job redesigning our septic for a room addition. Saved us from having to re-do our whole system. He was ahead of schedule and ALWAYS answered the phone with any questions. He is THE BEST! thanks John
