Original install went great back in 2021 when the father was running the company. However, the service follow up with the son just this week was not great, at all. The alarm was going off and the aerator was not working. They charged me $175 and left without fixing anything. They said they were coming out again the next day but had no plan on what they were going to do. I ended up sucking up the loss and calling out another company. I would not recommend.

    Response from the owner

Mr. Burgess Our tech went to your home based on you calling and saying your light was on When he got out there yesterday the light was not on and the aerator was running. He serviced the system and charged a service call. Yall called last night and said light was back on. We told you we would come back out this am and check it out again You called this am and said dont come back that you didnt trust him. We would have taken the service call off the cost of fixing the problem. I dont see what we could have done any different but we appreciate your past patronage. We would like another chance to earn your business. Thanks again

Spanky's cleaned 2 of my 3 septic tanks a few weeks before the red light and buzzer came on, so I called Spanky's again. The technician arrived the next day and said that because the pump was humming but the liquid level was not going down, that I needed a new pump. The new pump did not make liquid level go down, so he then said the lateral lines must be clogged. I cleared/cleaned the lateral lines (hydrojetted) and during that time asked to have my old pump back, so I could test it.

Before You Call

For a lateral-line problem, the immediate decision is whether hydro-jetting is enough or damaged sections need repair. A homeowner can ask how the camera inspection will guide that choice.
