About Jeff's Septic Service

From the website of Jeff's Septic Service, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Jeff's Septic Service installs new septic systems in Eustace, and each job follows a set order: permits first, then an evaluation of the site, then construction once the permit is accepted or adjusted. Pumping and repair work sits alongside the installs, everything from root removal to septic tank pumping. Either way, the call goes to the same company, whether the tank has been in the ground for years or the lot is still bare.

John and Adrain came out to pump and clean our tanks. They had clear communication on their arrival time and did a great job! Highly recommend!

After a neighbor alerted me that the alarm light was on (no audible alarm) last late evening, I called Jeff's on their recommendation. Janie listened to the issue and told me what was most likely happening and to call again in the morning if the light was still on. I called and spoke with her this morning and requested a fast service due to a family event in the late afternoon.

John and Adrian came out and were very professional. They did the pumping quickly and efficiently. The owner, Patti, was really nice and I really appreciated that. 10/10!!!

Amazing service, professional, and most reasonably priced. Did exactly what they said they were going to in the amount of time they said it would take. After the sale and follow up has been great too. Highly recommend!!

Did a great job for us, got out quickly and much more affordable than that local big one.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you were satisfied with our service and efficiency. It's always our aim to provide quality work at an affordable price. If you ever need us again, don't hesitate to reach out!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers point to tank pump-outs done quickly, and several name the crew: John, Adrian, Carlos, Keith and Ethan. Kathryn describes calling about an alarm light late in the evening and writes that Carlos "arrived within 2 hours" the next morning, traced the problem to wet wires, and corrected what a previous company had missed. Others mention crews out the same day and clear word on arrival times.

Local Ground

Around Eustace, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Eustace city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

A system that misbehaves leaves one big choice: repair what is already in the ground, or plan an entirely new system. Jeff's handles both sides of that call, with pumping and repairs on one end and full installation on the other. A good question for the phone call is how soon a crew can come out and look at the tank.
