Edit: We started having issues with the septic system that Mel helped us install in 2023. His son came out to check it, helped us pump it, and troubleshoot, then fixed the issue to get things working again. Mel really stepped up when we needed a surprise repair for our septic system on a tight budget before more winter storms set in. Mel helped with perc, mantle testing, and getting the system installed based on our needs. He and his son, Mike, were very polite and professional, and were even out in the falling snow without complaint finishing up the final install and meeting the inspector.

Phoned to set up service and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could get here, and said they'd call to schedule a day last week of November. While on the call told me that he would need for me to have risers installed while they had the tank uncovered. No problem - I planned to do that anyway but he told me that if I didn't and I called with an emergency that he wouldn't provide service for months. Seemed like a bit of a strongarm tactic. Last week of November comes - no call to schedule, so I called. No answer. Left multiple messages. Zero returned calls.
