I called American Foothil Septic when I had an issue that needed to be addressed sooner than later and Brad answered when I called. He was very helpful over the phone and agreed to come out and pump my tank and help with mitigation of the problem. Brad did what he said he was going to do and showed up and did an excellent job! American Foothill is my new septic system go to company and I highly recommend them. Great to do business with good people. Five stars for sure!

I am an older woman and live by myself. This company completely took advantage of me when they left the bathroom tub was completely clogged still he had me flush the toliet and said it looks good he said if that doesn't go all the way down I won't charge you the 250.00 . My daughter was on the phone and heard him say that (he said it more than once) The next day the bathroom was completely clogged still. I had to have another plumber come out and pay to unclog the same line he said he cleared. The company said as good faith they will give me 100 that was not what we agreed too.

This review is very disheartening. We spoke about this via text message, I would love to speak with you via phone. As stated in text we are not plumbers and cannot come into your home to address plumbing issues. We only address the septic tank. Which was working properly when we left. The tub and shower were separate issues. We would love to speak with you about this, please give our office a call any time.

Brad and Krista are so awesome to work with. Quick, easy communication from the start and they educated us on different options and were transparent with quotes immediately. Highly recommend. We had to have Brad out three times to move through the process of all our septic issues and each step was easy to schedule and he explained it all as we went. Just a great experience all around!
