    August 2026

Sam Skinner is honest, professional and an expert in his field. Sam did an exceptional job replacing my aging septic system and drain field. He meticulously organized and managed the entire project, handled the onsite work, and did all the installation and excavations himself. An extra landscaping job completed the project. It was money well spent, and I have great curb appeal. Sam is committed to customer satisfaction, and is a good listener, accommodating and respectful of my home. Also, he exceeded expectations for taking the time to blow off the driveway at the end of the day.

Sam Skinner of Skinner Construction did a complete replacement of our septic field this July, 2026. He is a wonderful example, we feel, of small companies doing excellent work. He handles the equipment, his wife is also somewhat involved while raising two small, beautiful children, and they went above and beyond what was stated in the contract. Most importantly, he was on the job every moment. We cannot recommend him highly enough. We have a little sprinkler work, fine grading and hydroseeding to do and we will be back to our previous normal. Great job Skinner Construction
