Erik and company stopped by my house a couple days after I called. My exterior water supply was dripping worst than I thought. The city had to send me a letter in the mail regarding excessive unusual water use for me to even really pay attention. That concerned me quite a bit, Erik showed up when stated and resolved my issue promptly and provided additional advice if the issue comes up again. They earned my forever business today with their kind gestures.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your experience, Andrew! We’re glad Erik was able to find the source of the leak, take care of it promptly, and give you some helpful advice for the future. We truly appreciate your trust in Riser Plumbing and are grateful to have earned your continued business. Our plumbers in Bonney Lake are always here when you need us.

I emailed Riser Plumbing around 9pm to see about scheduling a service to fix our plumbing drains (bathtub, toilet, etc) that all of a sudden were backing up. As far as I know, Riser doesn't offer 24 hour service, but Erik reached out via text within the hour and he and Jesús were here to fix my problem by 8:30 the next morning. Amazing! It literally couldn't have been a better experience! I went from planning to have to get a hotel so the family could have bathroom access while we got this fixed, to getting back to normal life as soon as they left. I'm very impressed!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing this, Luke! We’re glad Erik and Jesús were able to respond quickly and get your drains back to normal the next morning. We know how stressful it is when multiple drains start backing up, so it’s great to hear you were able to get back to your normal routine so quickly. We really appreciate your trust in Riser Plumbing and your kind recommendation. We’re proud to be plumbers in Bonney Lake you can count on.

Homeowners describe drain trouble handled fast. Luke emailed late one evening about bathtubs and toilets backing up, and Erik texted back within the hour, with Erik and Jesús at the house "by 8:30 the next morning" to fix the problem. Giselle found a washer drain leaking inside a wall, and the plumber who came out repaired it the same day. Quick response is the thread Heidi picks up too, crediting Erik and Jesus with being quick to respond, friendly, and efficient. Those two names keep coming up across accounts as the people who answer first and then do the work.
