    We have used Drain Pro many times over the years. I am the Facilities Manager of a well-established medical imaging group in the South Sound area and have found them to be responsive and professional.     What began as a routine visit turned into a team effort and total overhaul of our entire septic system. I can’t say enough good things about Jon, Damian, and the entire DP team. They were quick to respond, stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. Most importantly, they went above and beyond to make things right and made us feel like they genuinely cared about taking care of us, not just getting the job done.

    Tucker just left our place after clearing a pretty nasty clog. He didn't just jet the drain and run though. He stayed around, educated us on what to do in the future to help prevent problems and was just an all around great guy. Thank you so much!
