On 3-18 to 3-26-26 we pulled several permits re-designed a septic spray field that was not where the original Septic spray line was suppose to be (BY DESIGN) which had been altered and had repairs from a pool being installed already, Being said this job turned into a mess with all the repairs and alterations that had already been done and needed to be done. Upon relocation of spray pipe we absolutely hit some Irrigation sprinkler wires and pipe. We made you aware we were not responsible nor are we irrigation installers, we are septic installers. You were present. We only trenched the front every thing else was done by hand due to the fact there were so many pool lines, and irrigation lines, ect. (Turned a 1 day job into 3) you were aware of all breaks and wires we thought we hit as we went along, we made some repairs and to our knowledge all were fixed and you were having a irrigation team come out to fix the wiring way to many wires in a section to repair or fix with out running new wire.The last day after my inspection. The homeowner and Your self and irrigation team ( TO BEGIN TO FIX IRRIGATION) were at location when we final-ed the inspection of septic spray relocation and and we adjusted our spray heads and checked for all leaks, you were also made aware the septic sprinklers and irrigation were not approved in same area. One of the irrigation sprinklers was not working in the front bush by drive way and the homeowner and you stated you we not sure if it even worked before, So yes we hit pipes, yes the job was a mess, yes you were aware we were not responsible for irrigation, We helped fix what we were aware of. Then on 6-30-2026 you call me Mad (UNDERStANDABLE )you were the contractor and its your responsibility for the whole add on project, which intelled alot of changes and relocation of things!!!! 3and 1/2 months later you call mad talking ugly and blaming, when at the end of the day we did our part..you were happy then and for 31/2 months, its just now we did you have decided we do crappy work .. I pride myself, my company and my customers with the upmost respect, and Ethics. I wish this would have had a better outcome.. and wish you all the best..
