We had to deal with a blockage of our anorobic septic line last night with drain lines backflowing into the house here in The Commons (Huffman). Panic mopping and stress for the wife while I landed on Allied Septic from Google. Angel was so helpful. Sent her some pics of the controller and she walked us thru some quick diagnostics, and then scheduled service for first thing in the morning. Warren and Matt had us back operating in a short time after pumping the solids tank at a very reasonable cost. We wont call anyone else except Allied Septic if/when we have septic issues in the future!

Response from the owner

Absolutely a wonderful feeling to be able to help your family! Thank you kindly, Angel

I love being so far out of town that there's no water company to deal with, although when the toilets start declining to be on their best behavior and do the job they're meant to do, that usually means the septic tank is getting full and needs to be pumped out. It's been a while since I've lived on that type of property so when my son told me he'd checked the tank and I had better call someone RIGHT NOW or we'd receive a visit from Golgothan (aka Shit Demon) from the movie "Dogma", I went on a search.

Response from the owner

Lonnie and Warren pumped out my tanks today. Very professional. And they work very hard. I have used them for the last 7 years. They have done alot of work on my Septic System to keep it running. I also recommend getting a contract with them maintain a smooth running system. Angel Ackley is the owner and has always been good to me during these hard times. GIVE THEM A TRY. IT ONLY TAKES ONE TIME. Their prices are very fair. And they are loyal to their customers.

Response from the owner

Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Another company quoted me $1200 for a new aerator/pump. I found a rebuild kit online, and I was having some trouble and allied helped me within 20 minutes of calling them. Excellent communication! I know who to use in the future and also recommend to friends and family. 10/10 . THANK YOU !!

Response from the owner

We appreciate you giving a 5 Star review! We are competitively priced and family oriented! Really nice doing business with you!
