    I worked with Emad and Amgad on my custom cabin building plans in Arrowbear in San Bernardino County. From soil testing to engineering, they were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional and provided amazing guidance. I couldn’t have done this without them. Plans are approved and this is a dream come true! Would definitely recommend SME Engineering for quality work.

    Emad at SME Engineering has been a structural-engineering resource for my real estate company across several years and multiple properties. He has reviewed foundations and structures for me and my clients in the counties of San Diego and San Bernardino, including desert, mountain, and coastal properties. Emad was consistently prompt, thorough, and kind. And offered himself in-person and on FaceTime as a resource to all parties involved in delicate, real estate transactions.     San Mina Engineering was incredible to work with for my home’s structural inspection. From the moment I contacted them, they were punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. The engineer took the time to walk me through every part of the inspection, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand and giving me real peace of mind about the condition of my home. Their report was detailed, well-organized, and delivered quickly. They even pointed out a few issues I never would’ve noticed on my own and gave practical recommendations for next steps without trying to upsell anything.

    Emad with SME was fantastic to work with. He helped us complete a percolation test, septic system design, and preparation of a plot plan for county approval for our residential conversion project. He was responsive to our many questions and was very helpful in determining the best placement for our septic system. We especially appreciate his willingness to do this testing at our more remote, desert project site. I'd fully recommend SME for any project!

    I just wanted to start off by saying, Emad is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to all of my questions. He sent the report before the date he had told us. The price he quoted us was better than 4 other quotes we had received from other companies. Much Appreciated

Leigh hired Emad for a percolation test, a septic system design and a plot plan for county approval on a residential conversion, and said he was "very helpful in determining the best placement for our septic system." That job was at a remote desert site. Other reviewers came for soil work ahead of construction. Vivian had soil testing and engineering for cabin plans in Arrowbear, and Milica had expedited soil testing that let her pull a permit the same day. Adam ordered a soils report and foundation plan for a new home in Yucca Valley.
