I'm writing this review today (05/12/26) for service that took place on 01/04/2020. I didn't figure this out until today when I was organizing house expense receipts. I hired Paradise Valley Septic to clean out my septic tank. At the time, I didn't know where my septic tank inspection report was from when I bought this house. This would be the first time I was using a septic service here (and the first time in my life). The guy that came out and performed the service gave me a receipt that listed the tank as being 1,100 gallons.

Several days ago I experienced a main line septic back up and then discovered that my septic tank was not in the location indicated by the county records. Even a Locator couldn't find the main line clean outs or the tank. Meanwhile, we had no ability to flush toilets, take showers or put anything down our drains. One member of our family is severely disabled and taking care of him without bathroom accommodations was extremely difficult. It appeared that we would need to blue stake the area which takes about five days before they could excavate to find the tank.

Jerry came out and started pumping our tank and then thought that our filter should be cleaned as well. He was fast and professional. Cannot recommend PV Septic Services enough! Thank you Jerry!

Homeowners frequently describe routine tank pumping, filter cleaning, and locating buried tanks for emergency backups. Crew members including Butch, Jerry, and Markell receive regular mentions for arriving quickly and explaining their work on site. During one urgent backup, Francie noted that Tom "found the tank within twenty minutes" before resolving the problem. Many customers report straightforward tank cleanouts alongside timely repairs for failing leach pits. One customer, Ed, reported being billed for more gallons than his tank held during a cleanout.
