Very pleased with the prompt response on the weekend for some work on /septic system. Followed up quickly, assigned someone to come out and review the problems, Made arrangements for new part to be ordered and set up system for me to manage until new part arrived. Arrived on time, quality work completed, tested, follow up note to ensure system was operational. Set up annual visits to check system. Recommend highly.

To Whom It May Concern: I am pleased to recommend Macho Contracting based on the excellent work on my septic system they recently completed at my home. From start to finish, I was very impressed with their professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail. The crew was reliable, courteous, and respectful of my home and property. They took the time to understand what I wanted, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the work with a high level of quality. What stood out most was their commitment to doing the job right.

Customers who describe septic work here talk about speed and follow-through. Larry called over a weekend and had someone sent out to look at the problem. The crew set up a way for him to manage the system until a replacement part arrived, then came back on time to finish, test the work and send a follow-up note. Eric describes text and email updates on arrival times, a job finished on schedule through a heatwave, and a final septic inspection afterward. He called the crew and service "one of the best Ive had in years or ever". Mark had septic system work done at his home and said the crew communicated clearly from start to finish.
