AAA Ajax Pumping Service, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ

Tried to use a previous company to do my clean out my 1250 gallon septic system. Had the two sewer covers installed by previous company around 2020 and was also cleaned at that time. So after 6 years into 2026 decided to call the same company but was quoted $200 more than Ajax Pumping. I read some of the negative reviews of Ajax and was concerned about their quality of service to be provided and also about the rude reception. However when I called in the telephone receptionist was "not rude" and was polite and did explain the requirements of diameter of the covers for filter clean out.

Customer service was rude, lacking professionalism, and way over priced for a tank clean out.

Great experience and awesome with scheduling. I called last minute for a pumping and they helped me out with showing up same day.

5/16/24 I just had the best possible experience with Ajax Pumping. I spoke to Dawn to make my appointment. She was awesome helping me to get setup for the next day pumping. Even though I didn't know it, Ajax was the pump service that emptied the septic tank when we bought the house 8 years ago. When I gave her our address, she noticed that they did it. She was also able to give me the map for the tank so I would not have to look it up in my paperwork. All I had to do was the digging to expose the lid. Juan was my service person. He was great too.
