I hired them to unclog and pump my septic in 2016. Now my past experience has been that once pumped the septic company notifies zoning that it has been done. That didn't happen with Meyers. Not only did I pay a high price for their service, but they told me I had to send them a stamped addressed envelope before they would notify zoning. The woman I spoke to was very rude! I will not be using their service again.
Response from the owner
Hello Linda, I am sorry to hear of your bad experience with our company. My name is Adrienne and I am the new office manager. I am sorry the previous one was rude to you. That is not okay. Yes we do like you to send it in to us so that it can be signed by the gentleman who pumps the septic's and we can get that sent over to the county for which you were pumped in. However I do not ask that you send a second envelope and stamp for me it is no trouble to spare and envelope and stamp for a customer. The county's like to have a physically signature from the septic pumper and proof of the pumping. It does not, unfortunately, always work to just call them and tell them we pumped it. That is why they send those notices out. I am however sorry that you were treated the way you were when it could have easily been explained and taken care of in a different manner. I hope you are willing to try us again with the new management. If you do not, I understand. I just wanted to reach out, explain things a little and send my greatest apologies to you.
