Prusinski Plumbing in Chippewa Falls, WI

Response from the owner

"Josephine we at Prusinski Plumbing pride ourselves on great customer relationships whether they do business with our company or not, our experience with you was no exception from first contact to this Google review response. We respect your perception of events, but we will exercise fairness and add context to the interaction with you. From the very first in-person conversation, it appeared the homeowner was harboring discontent towards service techs. Before Dakota had an opportunity to fully explain Prusinski Plumbing service and warranty policies for specific installation services, his experience seemed dismissed. Based on a list of questions, those questions appeared to have an “I gotcha” feel to them. Our technician Dakota, who has had years of interactions with plumbing customers of all personality types, this one was most notable, and Dakota wasn’t having it. He firmly and repeatedly restated how the Prusinski Plumbing services and warranty worked for this very specific project. Despite the dismissiveness, Dakota continued to reassure the homeowner, but to no avail, no matter how many ways the plumbing service could have been explained, it wasn’t landing. With a little bit of research, we discovered other Google reviews by this homeowner for other service companies using similar condescending tones, which could explain the outsized ideology and expectations of those in the trades. We at Prusinski Plumbing trust our technicians to make service assessments and communicate the service quotes clearly and professionally, sometimes we find ourselves in situations where no matter how many times we reassure and professionally communicate to a customer, that reassurance and clear communication doesn’t always turn out as we hoped due to things beyond our control, and we are okay with that! We are a plumbing company that fixes plumbing problems, we are not in the business of fixing customers with preexisting insecurities that are outside the scope of plumbing. Prusinski Plumbing will continue to be one of the Chippewa Valley’s and Northwood premier plumbing companies for years to come, you can trust that!" Thank you! Caleb Prusinski
