Please for the love of GOD next time you do a music festival how about not cleaning the porta potty’s at 5:30 am every morning when people are clearly sleeping in the campground. Thanks for the wake up call.

    Response from the owner

Hey Allison, we understand your frustration. We are hired to pump at 6am, noon, and 6pm by each festival. We’ve been doing festivals for 40+ years. We do so that we’re not attempting to drive around when everyone is waking up, and everyone can wake up to clean restrooms! Most people are very grateful!

After seeing the message that was sent by the owner, Troy, to a competitor company, I was disappointed by the apparent lack of professionalism. Competition is a normal part of business, but threats toward a smaller, family-owned company are not. I believe businesses should succeed through quality service, not intimidation. I hope Cesspool chooses a more respectful approach going forward.

You want a company which has the greatest guest services, always there when needed and will make sure all your needs are made, I strongly recommend Cesspool. They get the big festivals as their service and attention to detail makes this a must company to rent out portal toilets.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Bill! We appreciate your kind words!
