Before You Call

The decision left is timing. A tank that has gone a long stretch without pumping, or one serving a house that changes hands soon, gives a homeowner a clear reason to book now rather than wait for a backup. When you call, ask what a routine pumping visit covers, so you know what the crew does beyond emptying the tank.
