We bring them out to the stadium for our grease traps it’s a dirty job but they always leave the spaces clean and ready to go for the next game.

This company is great, Barry went above and beyond to help us, he made a lid to replace the broken one and came out to wrap it up on a Saturday!

    Response from the owner

Thanks Al, I was happy to help out the Chinese Christin Church in Nicholasville.

Major Dukes is the best. Had an emergency septic need in Georgetown KY and he came out as soon as possible and did a great job. Very professional and thorough. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Georgetown KY or Lexington KY area. 10 out of 10.

    Response from the owner

Thanks Liam! It was cold out there, but we got it done! Call us anytime for drain or septic service.

Update: Major Duke's Services returned to clean their mess after we contacted them about the issue. Major Duke's Services was chosen through our home warranty to help with a clogged pipe, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the service and the condition they left our home in. Not only was the problem not resolved, but the crawl space door was left off during cold weather, leaving the space exposed to wild animals and our pipes exposed to below freezing temperatures. Additionally, leaving the door off caused numerous leaves to accumulate in the crawl space.

    Response from the owner

Hi Devon, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. Please contact us directly so we can talk this through and see how we can make it right.

Was very professional and responded quickly when I needed an emergency pump. Came across as very honest and I will be using him again.

    Response from the owner

Thanks Mr. Stanfield, it was our pleasure!
