    We have been using Miller's septic for 16 years. I had a question and made a phone call. Spoke to one of the owners. She was a female. Rude as can be all I did was ask a question and after 16 years of service she told me to find a new provider for our septic. I'm surprised they've been in business this long if that's how they treat people that have been working with them for 16 years and just had a simple question that needed answered. Just rude, rude, rude. I just can't get over the rudeness. God bless anybody that deals with them. You never know when she's going to fly off the handle.

    Outstanding. My septic system was full. I had to pay extra for emergency service however they responded almost immediately. Thanks Miller and Son's for the prompt and friendly service.

    I'm not sure how a septic service could be good or bad, as it's either pumped or is not. But as people, they're great. Easy to talk to on the phone and very friendly in person.
