John is a very nice man and stands by his word. He did a great job cleaning out our full septic tank (1000) gallons. They are quick to respond to email and phone calls. Exceptional service we highly recommend to anyone that needs their septic serviced.

John is your guy. Honest, kind, and not after your money. He does the right thing and won’t sell you on work that doesn’t need to be done. Thomas Septic is the only company I’ll use.

Customers describe septic tank pumping handled by John. Christine had a full 1,000-gallon tank cleaned out, and Matthew had his holding tanks pumped. Taylor, pumping tanks for the first time since moving in, said John explained everything he did. Speed and communication come up often. Tod got an answer on a Sunday and a visit first thing Monday morning, and Mary had same day service for an emergency. Christine says calls and emails get quick replies, and Josh sums up the work with "John knows his stuff".
