I was very pleased with the timeliness and urgency that Brett and team had to get the work completed on my mother's estate. They were extremely pleasant to work with and very willing to take the time to explain everything as the whole process was completed. When I called to make the appointment they got back to me promptly (unlike another company which never bothered to reply). They were very nice on the phone. The technician Shannon was so professional and friendly. He did a good job, explained the process to me (we're new to having septic), was done quickly, and was very friendly. I can recommend them and will use them again.

Absolute exceptional experience! My wife and I were given several recommendations for a septic company. We reached out to three companies and were immediately impressed by the timely response and attention to our concerns by J.L. Martin. The technician came to our house at the time we were told they would come. The bill we received matched the quote we were given. After our service call was completed, I called the office again with follow up questions. The office staff took their time with their answers, and made sure I was 100% satisfied!
